A development of 43 one, two and three bedroom houses and bungalows in timber frame construction on a brownfield site adjacent to a former coal mine and tip. 

Site cut/fill, sheet pile retaining walls, piled raft slab foundations due to ground conditions. Designed to EPC A, Air Source Heat pumps (ASHP), Mechanical Ventilation heat Recovery (MVHR) and Photovoltaic Panels (PV) Panels fitted to each house. The client is a registered Social Landlord. Commenced May 2024, slated for completion May 2026.
