 A development of 31 one, two and three bedroom houses and bungalows in timber frame construction.

Foundations are traditional strip footings incorporating a beam and insulation infill ground floor slab system to achieve greater U-Values. 

Designed to EPC A, Air Source Heat pumps (ASHP), Mechanical Ventilation heat Recovery (MVHR) and Photovoltaic Panels (PV) Panels fitted to each house. 

The client is a registered Social Landlord. 

Commenced in March 2025, Slated for completion January 2027
