A development of 16 one bedroom and a communal living apartment over three storeys in timber frame.
The development includes one floor of accommodation to be let to Wrexham County Borough Council as a secure housing unit.
The project required the demolition of an existing community centre, site cut and fill prior to retaining and piling with a raft slab system. Designed to EPC A, Air Source Heat pumps (ASHP), Mechanical Ventilation heat Recovery (MVHR) and Photovoltaic Panels (PV) Panels fitted for each apartment.
The client is a registered social landlord.
Commenced August 2024, slated for completion January 2026.
