Designed to EPC A, Air Source Heat pumps (ASHP), Mechanical Ventilation heat Recovery (MVHR) and Photovoltaic Panels (PV) Panels fitted for each apartment.
The client is a registered social landlord.
Commenced January 2025, slated for completion May 2025.
