A development of 43 one- and two-bedroom apartments on a Brownfield site with a piled foundation and raft slab, three storeys in timber frame construction. Designed to Achieve EPC A, Air Source Heat pumps (ASHP), Mechanical Ventilation heat Recovery (MVHR) and Photovoltaic Panels (PV) Panels fitted for each apartment. The client is a Registered Social Landlord. Commenced in September 2023, Completed September 2025.
