Tollgate, Aberystwyth

A new build development of 13 affordable housing dwellings for Wales and West Housing Association in the village of Penparcau, being built on the old Tollgate public house site. This development will consist of 6 flats, 2 bungalows and 5 houses. This site has been partially built, with Castlemead completing the site in Summer 2023.
