A development of 8 semi-detached two-bedroom houses on the constrained site of a former public house. The site required Piled foundation with Voided Raft slabs above to allow for potential ground heave due to former presence of vegetation on the site. Ground contamination was dealt with via the use of Clean capping systems. All houses were fitted with. Designed to Achieve EPC A, Air Source Heat pumps (ASHP), Mechanical Ventilation heat Recovery (MVHR) and Photovoltaic Panels (PV) Panels. The client are a registered Social Landlord. The Site commenced September 2023 and completed December 2024.
