A development of 9 one and two bedroom apartments over three storeys on a town centre site. Designed to Achieve EPC B, Air Source Heat pumps (ASHP), Mechanical Ventilation heat Recovery (MVHR) and Photovoltaic Panels (PV) Panels fitted for each apartment. The Client is a Registered Social Landlord. The scheme was taken over and completed by Castlemead in January 2024 following the original contractor entering administration. The Scheme is due for Completion January 2025.
