A development of 19 one, two and three bedroom houses and bungalows in timber frame construction.
The site required a full cut and fill exercise including the placement of 250 linear metres of cast in situ retaining walls.
Foundations are traditional strip footings incorporating a beam and insulation infill ground floor slab system to achieve greater U-Values. .
Designed to EPC A, Air Source Heat pumps (ASHP), Mechanical Ventilation heat Recovery (MVHR) and Photovoltaic Panels (PV) Panels fitted to each house.
The client is a registered Social Landlord.
Commenced in February 2023, Completed November 2024.
